Valerie Ashford Brown has a single focus of empowering Gen X women to figure out what, why, and how of their personal and professional lives. She supports maturing women through womanhood, wifehood, and motherhood as she helps them get out of their own way and shift into a new sense of purpose thru coaching, courses, community, and workshops. Her superpower is inspiring Gen X women to transform their lives, find their true selves, and get to happy by getting real with themselves, about themselves. With a similar story to those she supports, her mission is to help clients in discovering and living out their unique talents and gifts; identifying and eliminating obstacles and roadblocks to their success and finding the motivation they need to live intentional lives. She employs her corporate background and faith principles to educate women on how to implement effective change in their lives.
